Get some fitness work done:

Level 3 fitness challenge
Level 2&4 strength adventure
Level 5-7 fitness challenge
 

Have a stretch:

Stretch
Legs
Bridges
 

Sevens handstand challenge:

  • Seven reps at each stage will ‘unlock’ the next level for you

  • A failed attempt sends you all the way back to level 1

  • Keep an eye on your handstand position in order to level up
